Dr. Abby Simoneau, a New Hampshire native, received her Doctor of Musical Arts at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She is on faculty at Alamance Community College, Guilford College, and Central Carolina Community College. Abby earned her Master of Music in Flute Performance from Southern Illinois University Carbondale and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of New Hampshire. She performs regularly with the Piedmont Wind Symphony, Western Piedmont Symphony, and the Salisbury Symphony. Since 2012, Abby has returned to Illinois each summer to perform with the Southern Illinois Music Festival.
